Space the rolls far enough apart to allow them to double in size during the second rising. Press the rolls down into a greased baking dish. Once the yeast is activated, add the yeast mixture to the flour, and mix until it forms a dough. A stand mixer with a dough hook works well, but you can just as easily use any bowl and spoon. In the meantime, add flour to a large bowl. When activated, the combination will form bubbles, and the yeast will begin to look like foam. Stir well, and set aside waiting for the sugar to activate the yeast. Sprinkle yeast over warm water, and stir to combine.
